The Pizza

Cooked in a lightly oiled pan for an almost slightly caramelized taste, our thin crust pairs perfectly with our homemade red sauce and house cheese blend. Our dough is typically hand-rolled daily, triple risen, and fermented slowly over multiple days. All ingredients and toppings are sourced and made with consistency, high-quality, and care.

Our pizza is most similar to south shore bar pizza, but with our own twists and improvements.

We offer a wide variety of pizzas including gluten free and vegan while sourcing the healthiest most local ingredients available.

All pizzas are 12” which is typically more than enough for one person. Two pizzas for three people is the most typical portion. For Pizzas reheat better than most due to the unique dough structure and initial cook process.

You won’t find a lot of crust on For Pizza and we spread sauce and cheese right to the edge. We believe that huge old school doughy crust is a waste of taste. But our gently laced crust edges are damn good.

Gluten Free Handling: Gluten Free dough is prepared on a separate floor from where our regular dough is made. Specific GF pans are used only for GF pizza, while our gluten containing dough is also panned (minimizing flour particles). We have a completely separate Gluten Free Pizza station/area where all the GF orders are made. We do our best to ensure GF orders are baked in our 2nd oven - though during our peaks they share the same oven safely. After baking, we have cleaned and sanitized GF specific tools for handling and cutting the GF pizzas.

Vegan Cheese: water, oat flour, pea protein, Coconut oil, Tapioca starch, Expeller pressed safflower oil, Corn starch, Less than 2 percent of: Konjac flour, Fruit juice (for color), Yeast extract, Salt, Dextrose, Tricalcium phosphate, Xanthan gum, Lactic acid, Natural flavors.
